Gülcan Engin, with her extensive experience in journalism, television production, and multicultural communication, is the sole global manager for Ali Zeren. She is responsible for overseeing all aspects of his representation, ensuring that his exceptional works of art are presented on a global platform. Since 2006, Gülcan has worked as a freelance journalist, program maker, and debate leader, building a reputation for her leadership in the media industry. Her roles include presenting events, producing television programs, and leading important debates. She was also the project leader for “Image Research Expats” at the Institute Imagine Identity and Culture, where she led initiatives focused on cultural identity and global migration.

From 1998 to 2003, Gülcan served as an editor and presenter at Multicultural Television Netherlands (MTNL), where she played a crucial role in promoting the representation of ethnic minorities in Dutch media. Additionally, she led projects that helped create networking opportunities for ethnic minority media professionals through Stichting Omroep Allochtonen.
